Across the river is the Test Way, a flat and easy walk along the route of the disused Spratt and Winkle railway line. Or for those wanting far reaching views there are the nearby Iron Age forts at Danebury and Stockbridge Down or closer to home there is Chilbolton Down. Children and dogs are always welcome.
